I'm with Gale. That torso is awesome, its really the only redeeming quality about the build so far. That weapon is kinda cool to but its also rather weird. I think he should have his spinny blade thingy.

It has two arms. Therefore, two weapons. I just didn't get around to making his shield yet, I always give them their original weapons (like in my Mata revamps) :p
